1. From Interstate 55, Oxford/University of Mississippi Exit onto Highway 6 East:
After exiting the interstate onto Highway 6 East at Batesville, Mississippi, continue east on 4-lane State Highway 6 toward Oxford. The distance to Oxford is 26 miles, more or less. When approaching Oxford on Highway 6 East, you will come to a red light at the intersection of Highway 6 East and Business 6/Jackson Avenue. Continue on through the light, staying on the divided Highway 6 East. At the fourth (4th) interchange, labeled Highway 7, exit Highway 6 East. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left (north) onto Highway 7 North. At the third interchange, State Highway 30 East/Molly Barr Road, exit to Highway 30 East. At the top of the ramp, turn left, again, onto a 4-lane divided roadway, Highway 30. Follow Highway 30 west to a four way stop. Go through the four way stop onto a two-lane road labeled Molly Barr Road. This two-lane road will wind down and then up a hill, across a flatter area, and then down a long hill, across an abandoned railroad bed. Just past the railroad bed, the road will curve down a hill and to the left. At the bottom of the hill, on the left, is C. B. Webb Townhouses. The offices of the Authority are located in the office building at the front of the complex.


2. From Holly Springs/US 78/State Highway 7 South
Exit from US 78 onto Highway 7 South toward Oxford. The distance to Oxford is approximately 30 miles, more or less. This road is two-lane until you reach the outskirts of Oxford, where it turns into a 4-lane divided highway. The first interchange you will come to is labeled state Highway 30/Molly Barr Road. Take the exit at Highway 30/Molly Barr Road. At the top of the ramp, turn right onto divided Highway 30 and head west. Follow Highway 30 west to a four way stop. Go through the four way stop onto a two-lane road labeled Molly Barr Road. This two-lane road will wind down and then up a hill, across a flatter area, and then down a long hill, across an abandoned railroad bed. Just past the railroad bed, the road will curve down a hill and to the left. At the bottom of the hill, on the left, is C. B. Webb Townhouses. 3. From Water Valley via State Highway 7
Head toward Oxford on State Highway 7 North. At the intersection of Highway 7 North and Highway 9w, turn left and head north. This two lane road, labeled at that point as State Highway 7, will eventually become a 4-lane divided highway. Follow this 4-lane highway until the fourth interchange labeled State Highway 30 East/Molly Barr Road, exit to Highway 30 East. At the top of the ramp, turn left onto a 4-lane divided roadway, Highway 30. Follow Highway 30 west to a four way stop. Go through the four way stop onto a two-lane road labeled Molly Barr Road. 4. From Bruce/Calhoun City via State Highways 9w and 7
Head north toward Oxford on State Highway 9w. State Highway 9w becomes State Highway 7 about 4 miles south of Oxford. Highway 7 becomes divided and four-lane. Follow this 4-lane highway until the fourth interchange labeled State Highway 30 East/Molly Barr Road, exit to Highway 30 East. At the top of the ramp, turn left onto a 4-lane divided roadway, Highway 30. Follow Highway 30 west to a four way stop. Go through the four way stop onto a two-lane road labeled Molly Barr Road. This two-lane road will wind down and then up a hill, across a flatter area, and then down a long hill, across an abandoned railroad bed. 5. From Pontotoc via State Highway 6 West
Head west from Pontotoc on State Highway 6 West. This is a 4-lane divided highway. The distance from Pontotoc is approximately 24 miles. At the intersection of Highways 6 and 7, exit Highway 6 to the right and turn right onto Highway 7 North. At the third interchange, State Highway 30 East/Molly Barr Road, exit to Highway 30 East. At the top of the ramp turn left onto a 4-lane divided roadway, Highway 30. Follow Highway 30 west to a four way stop. Go through the four way stop onto a two-lane road labeled Molly Barr Road. This two-lane road will wind down and then up a hill, across a flatter area, and then down a long hill, across an abandoned railroad bed.
